Has Moved To
300 Highway 49 South
Starting April 13, 2022,
The ND Department of Transportation's drivers license
and testing site in Beulah will no longer be located at the Civic Center.
The new location will be 300 Highway 49 South which is the Chamber of Commerce and Department of Motor Vehicles building. (Located on the east side of Highway 49 - the first building south of the railroad tracks)
The scheduled site dates will remain the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each calendar month.

NOON TO 5:00 PM
CLOSED
TUESDAY - THURSDAY - SATURDAY
Please do not dispose of garbage across the street from the Transfer Station. Garbage may only be dropped off during open hours.
The area across the street is only for tree branches. The grass pit is only for the disposal of grass.

BURN BAN INFORMATION
Mercer County has proposed a Stage I Burn Ban.
The City of Beulah is exempted from the ban within city limits unless approved by City Council.
The City of Beulah will allow gas, propane and charcoal grills to be used,
as well as approved campfires, as long as the fire is attended and a water source is available.
Updates will be posted if there is a change.

Winter Parking Ordinance Effective 10/1/22 to 4/15/23
Effective October 1, 2022, it is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any boat, bumper pull travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, pull-type camper, pickup camper, motor home or trailer on any public street, alley, highway or right-of-way in the city of Beulah. The official ordinance runs from October 1, 2022 through April 15, 2023. The City Council, Public Works Dept. and Beulah Police Dept would appreciate residents' cooperation in the removal of these items from the city streets.
