2024 Election Information



CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
Council meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm.
If the meeting date falls on a city holiday, the council meeting will be held the next day at 6:30 pm.
Agenda items need to be provided to City Hall by
4:00 pm on the Thursday before a
Council Meeting.

Winter Parking Ordinance Effective
October 1, 2023 - April 15, 2024

Effective October 1, it is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any boat, bumper pull travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, pull-type camper, pickup camper, motor home or trailer on any public street, alley, highway or right-of-way in the city of Beulah.
The official ordinance runs from October 1 through April 15 of each year. 
The City Council, Public Works Dept. and Beulah Police Dept. would appreciate residents' cooperation in the removal of these items from the city streets.

Driver's License and Testing Site
Has Moved To
The Beulah Civic Center

Starting June 28, 2023,
The ND Department of Transportation's drivers license and testing site
in Beulah will no longer be located at the 300 Highway 49 South location.

The scheduled site dates will remain the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each calendar month.

OPEN: MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY
12:00 NOON - 5:00 PM

CLOSED TUESDAY - THURSDAY -SATURDAY - SUNDAY


Please do not dispose of garbage across the street from the Transfer Station. Garbage may only be dropped off during open hours.
The area across the street is only for tree branches. The grass pit is only for the disposal of grass.

Water and sewer issues will always be posted to Facebook. Emergencies or short notice repairs do not allow time for individual contact. We will do the best we can in each circumstance.

Mercer & Oliver Counties Burn Ban Information

Mercer and Oliver Counties, which include Beulah, will be under a Stage 1 Burn Ban ONLY WHEN the ND Fire Danger Ratings Map shows high, very high, extreme and/or a Red Flag warning has been issued for Mercer and/or Oliver County.  The ND Fire Danger Ratings Map link is provided below.
