Zumba Fitness® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red-hot international music, and contagious steps to form a “fi tness-party” that is downright addictive!
Step – Aerobic workout that uses the step to increase your intensity. You pick the level that is right for you depending on the amount of risers you add. Excellent for the heart and to burn calories as well as fat. Topped off with a strength conditioning segment and abdominal workout, this class insures a total body workout.
Spinning® - Must call to sign up for this class. Spinning® program consists of instructor-lead classes on specialized stationary bikes. All classes will follow an all-terrain format using flats, hills, sprints, jumps and variations. Classes are 40-50 minutes in length and are geared for participants at all fitness
Pilates – Pilates builds strength without excess bulk creating a sleek, toned body. Most of the exercises are low impact and focus on strengthening and stretching. It teaches body awareness, good posture, and proper breathing. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and range of motion. It is suitable for all ages, the physically active, those who are sedentary, and male or female.
Yoga – Yoga is a low impact class based on the Eastern idea of moving energy through the body. Yoga is for all ages, male and female and you do not have to be flexible to begin. Flexibility along with a number of other benefits will come as you take these classes.
Yogalates – A combination class of yoga and pilates. Brings the two formats together. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Will tone your body as well as increase your strength and flexibility.
Seniorsize – It is never too late to start. This class is free, and open to the public. Come sweat to the oldies, or do the Cotton Eyed Joe! Class participants work at their own pace. The fun never stops!
