Holiday Garbage Pickup Schedule |
The Friday, July 3rd, Garbage Route Pickup will not be picked up until Monday, July 6th to accommodate the holiday. Please have your garbage out early on Monday as 2 trucks will be running. Transfer Statoin will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday July 4th.

Beulah Lion's Club Demolition Derby |
Get ready for a smashing good time at the Beulah Lions Demolition Derby. The action starts at 1:00 pm MDT at the old rodeo grounds south of Beulah - use the Riverside Park Entrance. Admission is $8.00 for Adults, $4.00 for students. The 1st Place payout will be $2000 with 2nd Place receiving $1200 and 3rd - $800 and 4th - $500. Heat winners will earn $50. Just for fun the intermission show will be a 4X4 Tug-of-War. Concessions will be available. For more information call 701-891-9388 or 701-880-0190.

Kid's Camp |
The 2nd Annual Knife River Indian Villages NHS Kid's Camp gets underway July 7th. We invite youth ages 6-12 to participate. Bird watching, mapping, gardening, native games, hiking, canoeing and fishing are just a few of the activities offered at Knife River Indian Villages' free Kid's Camp on July 7, 14, 21, and 28. The camp will be held from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, MDT. Kids can come for 1 day or all days of camp. Parents can attend or drop their kids off at the 7 Trails Trading Post at the beginning of each day and parents can pick up the children after the morning or afternoon activities at the Visitor's Center. Parent must call and sign children up for either the morning or afternoon session. July 7th, the theme of the 1st day of Kid's Camp is wetlands. Kids will meet park rangers at the 7 Trails Trading Post just south of Knife River Indian Villages. Activities for the day include exploring a wetland, building birdfeeders, listening to bird calls and a bird walk. There will also be a snack. Camp activities will be announced weekly.
